The inside of the pocket measures 9.5 inches wide and holds literature up to 3/4 inch thick. The pocket depth is 1 inch at the top of the pocket and tapers to 3/4 inch at the bottom of the pocket.     Super use for covering bathroom eye sore

    For our bathroom project we had an eye sore to get rid of created while changing out the bathroom tube's water valve. This access point was along the wall next to the toilet. Every time in which the toilet was used this gaping hole was visable.

    A friend suggested that we find a magazine rack and place it over the opening thus covering up this eye sore as well as having a functional magazine rack for us to use.

    I went to my favorite home improvement store and discussed my problem with an associate and he assisted me in designing and making the picture frame in which the magazine rack would be inserted. This was made using door trim and 1/4" plywood which was inserted into the rectangle wall opening. It was further secured into the opening using a male/female latch connection to the wall stud and plywood. The picture frame box was also painted to match the wall color, after which I secured the rack into the made framed.

    This magazine rack purchased through MagazineRacks.com was an excellent product for this do-it-yourselfer home project in covering my previuos bathroom eye sore (see the two attached photos). Thank You!
